
We have a 30 day return policy, an in-home trial, if you will. If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, you may return the artwork back to us. You'll be responsible for the shipping costs and the artwork needs to be in "like-new" condition. Hang on to the box and original packing materials until you know you're satisfied with your selection.
We will issue a refund for the purchase after we receive the piece back into our gallery and give it a quick once over.
All glass we ship is insured by us through the shipping agent, please bring it to their attention immediately if the box or any contents is damaged upon arrival.
No Return Authorization number is needed. Please include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation so we know who to issue the refund to, and feel free to send back via Fed Ex, UPS or the Post Office.
